Dr. Mohamed Elghannam, D.D.S

Dr. Elghannam (likes to be called Dr. Mohamed or Dr. E) has been a dentist for more than 20 years! Dr. Mohamed is known for his calm demeanor and gentle techniques, making even the most nervous patients feel at ease in his chair. He is an expert in creating dazzling smile transformations, combining artistic precision with the latest dental technology to enhance confidence and beauty.
Dr. Mohamed regularly attends advanced training and seminars to stay on top of the latest innovations in dentistry, ensuring his patients receive the best care available. After graduating, Dr. Mohamed attended many credit courses in dental implant at Columbia University, School of Dentistry and UCLA, School of Dentistry. He completed 2 years of postdoctoral advanced implant program at NYU, School of Dentistry. During his residency in NYU, he published many articles about dental implant in peer reviewed journals.
Dr. Mohamed's skills go beyond routine dental care, thanks to his advanced training during the one-year General Practice Residency (GPR) program at Meharry Medical College. Dr. Elghannam mastered general dentistry. This residency provided him with extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Mohamed is a trusted general dentist who excels in providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from preventive dentistry to restorative and cosmetic treatments. At Meharry Medical College, Dr. Mohamed mastered a broad range of dental procedures, including crowns, bridges, root canals, and advanced restorative work, making him a one-stop solution for all dental needs. Dr. Mohamed is not only an expert in general dentistry and single implant cases but also he is an expert in advanced dental implant cases like Sinus lift surgery, All on 4, snap-in denture and full mouth rehabilitation.
Dr. Mohamed is bilingual. He is fluent in English and Arabic, making it easier for patients to feel understood and respected. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mohamed enjoys fishing, hiking, and reading which allows him to connect with patients on a personal level and share a bit of his personality. Dr. Mohamed has been married for 22 years and has 5 daughters, they are his inspiration to work hard.
